Seems like the TKO has some shifting issues and is only rated for 6800 rpm. That's a far cry from 9k rpm we run up to with the Element motors. Probably worth talking to Don about the RPM he runs and or if he sells a kit without the transmission as there are some companies that build the TKOs to handle more rpm and shift better.

I've got a communication in with someone I knew that ran a TKO in a car running 8K RPM to see his experiences. From what I remember he had zero issues.
