You can probably find into at places like DIYMA. I haven't researched it but my blind guess would be sound quality issues and menu/UI issues. It's rare for a cheap chinese brand to have good UI design that you'd want in an interactive head unit (not just turning knobs).
I've never used one so those are just guesses though.
