okay, update time. it is the harness that goes from the interior to the engine bay. I pulled it out and rigged it up a bit, went to start it up and 28v. clicked the switch, it was pushing air. the wire is still not 100%, i had to jiggle it a bit, but i'll solve that tomorrow. Woot.
