I would put the stock intake back on just to eliminate one possible cause. If it continues then at least you can get it fixed under warranty. They typically won't give a proper diagnostic if you have aftermarket parts that may be causing it.

i noticed that while it was at the dealer... they didn't even drive the car it had the same millage on it as when i drop it off then tried to blame it on the cold air intake... would this cause significant problems in the future for the car if not repaired soon?
