the solid axle doesnt stop the mustang from going head to head against the m3. and the v6 is faster around a track than the equally powered sti so if the independent suspension isnt giving those cars any competitive advantage i dont know why it would be different for the nissan.
you say the ka motor gives that car its performance per dollar value but then bring up suspension so im confused. but ill bite. the miata has double wishbone suspension so if handling is your thing, its still not the best performance per dollar.
