I totally understand your point of view in not wanting any negative attention associated with our club. Blasting 6 15's in a public lot when the owner of the property is definitely not something we're about.
On the other side if the coin, I don't think we want to have a negative perception from other car clubs as well. I personally am not too familiar with the scene out here and don't know what type of reputation everyone has, but I wouldn't want us to be viewed as an elitist group.
I'm not sure how much clearer we can be in being respectful to neighboring businesses on the flyer, but maybe allow one warning in the event some of the other clubs that decide to drop in can't read 😭 (or choose not to) before excluding them? I know that may be extra work on our part, but at least we took the initiative to explain what we are about and what isn't tolerated during our meets. I think if we did things this way and did exclude certain clubs if they had more than one infraction, we'd be respected for sticking to what we say by anyone who was there to see what happened. Word is bond! Nawwwwmean?!!
