For anyone interested it appears water DID come in where amp cable is ran. AC drain was loose and pointing at carpet but they said they did that while troubleshooting. Make sure you silicone up your grommets. Enough rain and water can build up.

When water gets on wires, it will follow the wire downhill, and unless you've used some silicone sealant, it will get through. I've seen it many times. Glad your issue was resolved.
