Roma's, not Rosa's. It's over by Target/Costco close to Panda Express. They're a mini chain with two locations each run by one or the other brother. Other is up near Annapolis I think - we ate there once also. They're the only place around I know of that has real Sicilian pizza - bring friends if you order one of those
