I honestly think that 3.91v is too low for 5psi boost -_-..
UPDATE: P0108 cel code is solved with a higher voltage limit.. i set it to 4.91 and no more cel. yeeaahh me. ^_^

You need to double check your tune. Maybe ask shiv to resend it?
