These wheels are really looks only and not a performance setup. If you want performance get a set of enkei rpf1 17x9 +35 and some sticky 245/255 tires.
Because of caster, the change in offset has an effect on what happens up front when you turn the steering wheel called "corner jacking". The reduced positive offset would increase the corner jacking effect and come with the related changes to handling, especially during turn-in. You also change the scrub radius which affect vehicle stability, especially under braking.
