The Whiteline Com-C top mounts aren't adjustable but they add negative camber and a bit of caster as well. They are high-durometer rubber and have bearings in the middle. I do not recommend them as they have caused issues for many people here including myself when running them with the OEM struts, which have a welded flat washer on top of the upper spring perch that doesn't play nice with the camber angles provided by the mounts. A conical washer is needed but Whiteline refused to admit that even after doing a bunch of warranty replacements with bearings destroyed by OEM upper spring perches and then shortly after all the Com-C's disappeared from the 86 market.

With 245's on a 17x9 +35 wheel you shouldn't have any clearance issues. You may be able to run OEM camber bolts with stock strut top mounts without rubbing but be sure to double check everything before assuming it's ok.
