Had the pleasure of dealing with Joe D and Brandon over at KW customer service today. I'd been putting off requesting my cogged idler pullies and even though I didn't have the normally requested information to reference, they were able to get me taken care of promptly and efficiently. Props to them, if you guys had a review section on your site I'd leave you 5 stars, but you don't so I'll leave this here. Thanks again KW.
