I'd have to be given a very good reason why I should pay them, or any dealership, a stupid amount of money for transmission work that transmission specialists or even tuner shops will do for less. If it's not under warranty or heavily discounted I don't take my car to a dealership. But them at least trying to be helpful is at least refreshing after yesterday, but it still doesn't change what happened.

Edit: I filed a complaint with Subaru of America. SoA contacted the dealership and the dealership lied to them saying that the odometer only moved 1 mile when the moved in and out of the bay and they never test drove it. They even wrote down the number of the mileage before it left as proof. But that number they wrote down is a lie and they've even called me and admitted they test drove it three times to get the alignment right. So either SoA is making this up for no reason or somebody at that dealership is blatantly lying and forging numbers so they don't get in any trouble. Quality establishment.
