Unfortunately, e85 is not readily available to me. I filled up with 11.6 gallons of e85 on saturday and then drove 45 miles home under 3k. Ive opened it up a little, mainly to do a log, but other then that I'm taking it pretty easy. I guess I will have to wait until I can do a few tanks of e85 before I get serious.
The 91 tune I was running earlier was also running a bit rich though. Im going to go back to my stock intake this weekend though and do some logs and see what I need to adjust after that.

I would go to 91 octane map flush through 2 tanks of gas (or get it to E and cycle low bits of fuel to flush it out driving conservatively under 3,200RPM will consume evenly between DI & Port for the first few miles per fillup) and then dial in your MAF from there. It is harder to deal with fueling error on E85 as your ethanol content can be up / down depending on the fillup. You will have less fueling error on pump as the ethanol content is typically fairly consistent. In my area its typically 7-8% consistently at most pumps and the fueling error between that 1% ethanol change is very minimal.
The octane boost of E50 alone should be more than you need NA so even then the ignition timing may still need to be pulled slightly even if you were blended below E70(winter blend)
