If you mean the SRT4 it was also turbo, which is a very effective muffler already.

Check your laws here's so info on the db range of a delete. Best I can do is post a video of mine unless you want to come to SoCal haha. I have a in cabin cold start video.
Unfortunately, Ontario has no set db limit. If the cop feels your car is too loud you can be given an "improper muffler" ticket, even if the car is 100% stock. You'll win in court if it's stock, but since it's officers discretion that's about the only way you'll win.
