It's a great workout, and a basis (calories, macronutriants) for a diet, but it doesn't have vegi suggestions. I have been working on building a vegi diet plan for 5 years.
I, actually have never eaten meat. I'll be happy to share what I've learned. Though, calories needed, metabolism, and taste preferences are different for everyone.

Tip: I've tried many many protein shakes. The best, in my opinion, is Plantfusion chocolate. It is not dairy based. It is very gentle on your stomach and doesn't cause unwanted bloating.
