That's awesome! The only DVD I don't recommend is the yoga one. As a yoga teacher, I can hardly follow what he is saying. Plus, some people are to aerobic sounding for yoga If you're looking for weights, get the PowerBlocks- they are amazing!
Theres a lot of protein alternatives out there. Egg whites, soy protein, tofu, milks, beans, broccoli. Hell, you can still take whey, thats just derived from milk. It's not hard getting big, ripped, muscular as a vegetarian, Unless your're a vegan in which it's just an ego factor. I'm a vegan bodybuilder, yea thats right i got muscular without eating meat. Bragging rights really.
