The above is true for a car at stock height, however if you plan on lowering the car much at all, the minor "poke" of an et35 will camber in nicely to flush. If you pick higher offset (et45) and lower the car the tires will "suck" in due to the same natural camber. Keep this in mind.

Makes sense, maybe I'll go with the also available +38 just to be safe. I'm sure if the +35's go flush, than and extra 3 wont look too sucked!
