I took off the front wheels today in the paddock and checked the inside sidewalls and they were perfect, so I'm pretty sure the outsides are rubbing on the fender liners but only with really high cornering loads and full compression which was only at one spot on track at Barber. I think spacers might make it worse.

It's probably happening because I'm running a relatively soft spring (250 lbs) on the stock struts and my while my bigger RCE sway bars help a lot, I think adjustable coilovers may be the only true remedy. I doubt rolling the fenders would help much since the 245's aren't that wide.
