Something else I forgot to mention. Pre/Post Workout Hydration.
I relearned this the hard way. If your piss is yellow before you work out, you need to drink some water. Your muscles need water to work properly and heal. If you are constantly dehydrated, you will never be at maximum efficieny and your recovery times will suffer dramatically.
If all you drink is crap with sugar, suck it up buttercup it is time to drink some water. It not only helps your muscles, but increase the digestive process' efficiency.
