Yup, this can make it worth trading in (as opposed to selling private which can be a huge pain).
OP - Yes, this was at Cherokee County Toyota north of Atlanta.
They still have a few 2013 FR-S... and as I said they still have the two that were there when I bought mine in June. I believe they have been there since the FR-S was released. So they really will want to offload them.
Internet price shows them at $23k MT and $24 AT. I'm sure they'd knock off more, say offer them $22k out the door.
