That is a bit of a stretch imo. The addition of barbell movements, oly lifting, among other things makes crossfit much different than the other 2.

Like I said, they both do have an aerobic component, but that is about the only parallel I draw. Crossfit has an actual strength component, which the other two lack.

Let me ask you this. Do you train/lift yourself? If so what sort of programming do you follow, or what purpose are you training for?
