Rear isn't too bad, but the front will take some time to remove it without any scratches! I ended up using hair dryer + 30lb fishing line and then used some scratch remover + wax before putting on the Toyota badge.

Nope; the front emblem is a lot harder to remove than the rear emblem. The front has a different pin than the rear (one of those pins where you have to squeeze the tip on the other side to remove it - like a tip of an arrow). *edit: arrowhead plastic pin was the word I was looking for!*

I ended up using a small pair of scissors and microfiber cloth to break the neck of the pin.

I'd say you would have to fill in the holes. It's not bad when you're looking at it from far away, but once you get close, you probably won't like it.
