He wasn't saying they'd fix it, the key points were these:
- Lawyer's are free to consult to see if they're help: doesn't hurt to call one.
- Lawyer's costs will be covered by the other person's insurance, no cost to you.
- In his experience, what was a long and complicated insurance discussion over multiple weeks was suddenly resolved in a week with person making the claim getting what they wanted the moment they called a Lawyer.

Probably because when an insurance company is covering a lawyers fees on top of whatever they're paying you, it's cheaper to just offer you more instead of dragging their heels.

Point is: Call a lawyer, it'll be free and they'll tell you if they can help.
