I'm sorry that's what I meant, take to one to make sure they total it, that you feel unsafe in the car due to the damage.. I just brought up the past experience because it was no time at all after the attorney contacted them that it was to my friends standard.. I'm sure if need be an attorney could help if it came down to it.. Just if your not satisfied with what they tell you. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to call one and see
