Georgia laws are different, but I had a friend in a two month old CX-7 and someone had a accident on the other side of the highway, when the person hit the k-rail all the lugage flew off the top and he hit it going the opposite way, 7 cars total in the incedent and his was the newest car. They didn't/couldn't repair it properly as she didn't have enough coverage, so his insurance took over and after a huge fight because they just wanted to repaint the front end, and fix the trans cooler, he was able to get new front sheet metal, whole car repaint and new trans cooler.. All because he finally called a lawyer.. Also it went from weeks and weeks of messing around, to less then a week after the attorney got involved.. So maybe just speaking to one might help
