The oil is my mistake. It was perfectly clean when it was boxed, but it has a brass vented cap for the internal oil and it was probably flipped around in the box so it spilled. Vortech ships these with a brass 100% plugged cap and you change it out during the install. I completely forgot about that. There is extra oil in the box. Clean it off with brake cleaner and you'll be set. Just be sure to add oil. My apologies!
As far as the intake, I'll buy you a new one.

i can fix the intake, no biggie.
the pulley is destoryed, i have no idea how big of a shot it took but it looks like it was smashed with a hammer, two rows of ribs are gone from the outter edge inward. if it took a big enough shot to destroy the pulley how do i know the internals are ok?
