Also, at least in Texas, you can insist upon OEM/factory parts whereas most places outside the dealership will use aftermarket parts if available. I believe the dealership will only use OEM, but I could be mistaken on that part.

They also use OEM Refurbished...meaning damaged parts repaired to meet OEM specs.
