I thought I would follow up on my thread since it appears to be a conclusion now.
I received the "how'd we do" email from the dealership and answered them honestly. It went back to the Service Manager's email address.
I also received the survey from Scion/Toyota and answered it honestly and put in comments where appropriate.
That was just after New Year's and I have heard nothing from the dealership whatsoever. My conclusion is they don't give a rat's ass and therefore I'm never going there for service again (although I have no issue w/ the sales side and would use them again, parts dept too).
Since I gave them a fair change to respond and make it right but they didn't, I will let you all know where - Toyota of Santa Barbara.
