Just have to keep that in perspective. I have never run his parts or tuning. So I am not defending, just saying I don't think he is doing to this to cash in and walk away.

Once you chose to take people's money none of that matters. You don't take the cash unless you can delivered as promised.
If you can't keep up you limit your orders. There are ways to manage things.
