Dunn was a) drunk when driving, and b) was going north of 200km/h when he crashed head on into a tree..... your not surviving that no matter what car your in so it's a COMPLETELY different scenario to Mr. Walkers passing, in which he was a passenger and had zero control of the outcome
Porsche likes to make raw drivers cars like the GT3/GT2/RS,etc.. The CGT is simply the most extreme example of this, zero TC or ES and 612hp to light up the rears and yes things tend to go wrong. The car is notorious for not tolerating idiots behind the wheel which Rodas could technically (with all do respect) be considered seeing he races cars for a living and should have known better than to push
this car to the limits on a road where the margin for error was nilch
