I dunno but to me 6 divided by 3 is 2.

Triple carbs on a straight six make perfect sense. Two ports per carb works fine.

Four exhaust down pipes for six cylinders does look a little weird but not as inefficient as you might think. Straight sixes are notoriously difficult to design tuned headers for because the firing order isn't ideal. 153624 means each port is not used twice consecutively anyway.

Siamesed ports aren't so bad given the firing order.

Still one injector into,each combustion chamber is as efficient a fuel delivery as you can manage which is what the BRZ has.
