Those you mentioned about are child plays. Modding cars, while swapping brake parts, intake, exhaust are just minor works. It is not expensive. A walmart tool set, and a few jacks.
The op is talking about twin turbo. Do you know the fabrication of it ? The tools and the skill you need ? It is way cheaper to have a shop build it for you, and no...that ain't cheap.
