The driveshaft adds no whine or anything it's quiet there. Guess what I'm saying on the driveshaft is the noise is just different and perhaps some of the change from not having the carrier bearing in place or on chassis anymore. What I intend to do is drive with this shaft for a solid week or so then perhaps sling back in stock for a direct comparison as I should have good feel for it overall by then and go from there. It's really quick and easy not for most all mods on this car lots of room for hands to get in around things.

Since you isolated your car from road noise and rattling, would the same product from Cascade applied to the tranny housing block out the noise from the driveshaft?
Regarding the Perrin tranny mount, would it help if you applied some sorbothane (soft polyurethane) between the tranny and the perrin tranny mount? I always wondered if the metal to metal contact causes the irritating noise that many have complained about. If not sorbothane... perhaps another polyurethane to isolate the metal to metal contact.
