I can't recall if Austin did or not. Hell I didn't know his car had issues, the last time I've seen it was at Mid Ohio.
I have yet to have any signs of the DI failure. Lucky I guess based on others experiences
I've run a cooler for most of it's track life but I wouldn't say that made any difference.. no evidence either way.
It was a factor in deciding to build my Integra for track use, but not as much of a factor as wanting to have at least a rollbar, buckets, harness, etc
