I think i have figured it out the file i downloaded had the
u-boot-skip.bin.capacitive file AND a u-boot-skip.bin file i tried to just remove the "capacitive" part but it wouldn't let me since there was already a file with that name so I left a full stop at the end. That still didn't work so i got rid of it all together.

It did its reboot all fine but this time it didn't ask me to calibrate the screen. When it loaded it was just a very basic layout with no extra programs installed like it did when i got it out of the box.

How do I tell if i have done this right.
I have got torque installed (cant test it yet don't have my OBDII reader)
