The issues that have been reported with tracked cars should have been fixed with any car produced after January 2013. There was an update to the ECU which should prevent further damage to the direct injectors. As others have said, this issue seems to be pretty limited and there are lots of folks that have tracked their car with zero issues.

That said, if you are expecting to spend a lot of time at the track, you may want to spend some money on additional cooling (radiator, oil cooler, etc). Probably worth the peace of mind.
