Seriously, what do you want your car to look like? Go in the classifieds section and look at what the various vendors have to offer. Look through their sites as well. For that budget, you can drop your car on lowering springs. You can get a basic poly lip kit. You can get a trunk lid spoiler. There are lots of little things, or a few big things you can do.
And IMHO, exhaust tips is the stupidest suggestion unless you plan on never changing your exhaust. |

I respectfully disagree on exhaust tips. The stock ones are so tiny and not everyone can afford to buy a quality exhaust system for $1000 like Perrin or Nameless. A pair of tips should run about $40 unless you absolutely need JDM. I did just the tip
until I can afford something better.
