A FHP friend stopped one last Friday night for doing 60 mph in a 70 mph on Turnpike north of Lake Worth. Dude was 54 years old driving on Audi A8 v10 at 6 pm holding up NorthBound traffic for a 1/4 mile. Just past the Service Plaza/FHP station. Ontario Plates.
First ticket he wrote for driving too slow and delaying traffic progress. Guy said he'd see him in court. Video doesn't lie.

Keep in mind they are on "vacation" of sorts. Maybe they're just too relaxed in the FL sun to even want to drive the speed limit...no hurry to get anywhere.
