Sometimes it won't do it at idle, but increase RPM from 600 to 800 and it is silly loud. It stops around 1400 RPM. Thanks to all who have posted info on this. It really helped getting the info to properly address the problem. Believe it or not, the service writer said it made it easier and quicker not going through all of the normal service flow charts because I was so adamant that the problem was the HP fuel pump. I had even taken a piece of broom handle and put against the fuel pump and the other end to my ear. It was clearly the pump making the noise. I hope this fixes it, if not I hope Toyota gets off their arse and fixes it. Now to clean my engine and engine bay.

The fact that this has been a known issue for well over a year and that dealership didn't know about it and thought it was a belt? I wouldn't let those retards touch my car. Considering it should say right in their little computer, hey, there's a fuel pump TSB.
Don't waste your time dude. You're just going to get another chirping pump.
