1. The only issue will be increased tire wear on the inside of your tires over a longish period of time. I have often lowered my cars and not corrected camber, although it forces tire replacement about 25% sooner than you otherwise would need it.

2. Can't help with this one... anyone?

3. I would wait at least 24 hours before getting an alignment as the lowering springs may settle slightly once they have been installed.
