First, before driving anywhere else, check your brake fluid level in the reservoir and shine a light at your brakes all around and inspect them best you can. Look for fluid drips everywhere and especially at the brake line fittings.

Are you certain that your ride height settings are consistent side to side? I'm not sure but maybe one side is slightly higher than the other and possibly contributing to the car being off balance under braking? Number of threads used/remaining on the strut collar are a good reference point to check ride height side to side.
