No they are not. That's simply not how it works.
It doesn't matter if the car had A/M parts. It has to be proven they caused the fire. That can't be proven in this case. If the insurance company denies on something that wasn't solidly proven they can be sued for what's called bad faith. Now the aftermarket parts themselves will not be covered without additional coverage, but the car should be unless someone is able to show legitimate evidence that an aftermarket part caused the damages.
I deal with claims all day everyday and hold am adjusters license in 16 states. Everything should be fine for the OP.
