No, you can't fill in the empty values in the transient ignition retard table above 5500 rpms in the stock ECU calibration with a piggyback like Unichip.

You need a reflash to save your DI seals from destruction from that transient detonation can cause them to fail and allow a lean condition or misfire to develop over time. Or just don't upshift too quickly above 5500 rpms and use quality 93 octane gas
