Hmm according to ca.gov the limit is 7500. Either way, not enough. Also if the car is owned by CSG as a business then the limit is 5k.

Finally, if the venue is in the defendant's state, then its even lower at Jersey's 3k limit. SOA is headquartered in NJ. Usually the venue is in the defendant's state but I'm not sure if this is an exceptional situation.
