Crickets were in full force up until about 5k miles, slowly faded until silence at 10k miles. Nobody else can hear them, might be the water out here...

OEM oil up until about 7.8k, changed for Mobil 1 0W-40 (due to the heat) which I'm not happy with, I can't possibly see how that would change anything other than heat distribution. Like I said, the chirps faded, they certainly existed earlier in my ownership. All 91 E10 at the cheapest station, "v-power" was the loudest tank I had up until I filled up with it a couple days ago.
