It's nice to say "this is a minority don't worry about it" but all evidence leads me to believe this
CAN affect
EVERY owner, the service bulletin that was posted said it occurs when you up shift at redline for gears 3 through 6, this is NORMAL operation that most owners will do at some point during ownership and could occur during daily driving.
Worrying about it is completely normal, this thread SHOULD exist. I'll agree that calling for the crucifixion of Toyobaru is premature but if they don't have a reasonable solution to an actual problem it'll be a big blemish on the car and the companies.
