I'd say a 3.8 genesis with the track/ultimate...

I'd say a 3.8 genesis with the track/ultimate pack is a good way to go. Just dont go r-spec.

Only one person(05-09 mustang GT) has really tried to race me but i've noticed a lot of people speed up to me or keep pace with me when i drive fast and pass them, and even do a bit of ricer fly-by...

well the left lane thing is actually a HUGE...

well the left lane thing is actually a HUGE difference to me and people are more prone to stay close to the speed limit on highways here. People going 80mph on 80 seemed normal to me but down here...
