Yes, but, if you have ramp the angle up too steep then you get flow separation occuring within the diffuser which lowers the effective area of it.

I meant as a general fueling comment (not specific to HKS) that the fuel pump is more limiting than the injectors. i.e. rail pressure will drop before you are at 100% duty cycle

The fuel pump will run out before the injectors, I wouldnt really want to go any larger on teh restrictor with the stock fueling set up.
