Update. Tranny replacement didn't do anything and the noise persists. Clutch squeak has gone away though.

After bringing it back to the dealer they tested it against new and other customer base...

I got the same issue as well and managed to...

I got the same issue as well and managed to replicate the sound by jamming the throttle in 2nd gear from a slow roll as well as the methods the OP mentioned. Gonna see what the dealer says about it...
